1 Cor 12:26 is a ministry designed to support, encourage and train church lay members who engage with others who have experienced church hurt. This training track equips Christian leaders with knowledge, skill and confidence to initiate and sustain this initiative in their church and community.

This ministry of reconciling the offended back to the church family is paramount to the health of the church. Why? Because when believers leave the church, they leave the church lacking according to 1 Corinthians 12. No longer can we sit idly by, watching the gifts God gave to the body trickle out.
